Well your child needs at least I would say 10 pairs of socks, as you need enough to get through a week, plus if you need an extra pair, like one gets wet or something. And then a few pairs of tights. My daughters almost 5 have a half a drawer full of socks, and tights. Same for your son enough to get through a week plus extras for if he needs changed.
