Charleston SC is one of the worst places for black people in the whole state. black ppl on a whole (NOT ALL) are treated like crap, made to live in the worst parts of town and when the white ppl see a part of town the blacks live in that they want they just raise the taxes and force them to move out within a year or so…knock it all down and rebuild….
