Author: I shook the barrel with cream soda and put it under the gift shop, but it only stayed for like 2 seconds and it wouldn’t let me get into my inventory to get the net, nails, and hammer.
My computer must be slow that’s probably why the gift shop falls back down again. But I’m not sure about that.
First, get the balloon box. Its in the lighthouse. Then go to the gadget room and click on the helium pump or whatever its called. Then go to the dock and get under the gift shop. Shake the cream soda, but not to much. Make sure you shake enough.If you mess up get another barrel at the lighthouse. Then go to the town and get a balloon. Put the the balloon on, then the net, then the nails, and then the hammer. Hope this helps ; )
I am going to be 16 weeks in a couple of days.. when should i start shopping for baby… i mean just the essentials.. like… crip, car seat, bottles ect… my doctor classified me as high risk..so i probably won’t go full term. so should i get ready early. if so what should i buy?
i mean crib… not crip..
I started pretty much as soon as I found out getting the Big ticket items like the furniture, stroller, carseat, etc. Had whole room finished when I was around 6 months and i am glad I got everything done early because those last months are horrible. I bought clothes throughout….all diff sizes and seasons. I reccomend not buying a lot of small size diapers and clothes…my son was almost 10 pounds so he went straight into size 1 diapers and 3 month clothes. We ordered our furnitire so it took like 2 weeks to get here and assembly is no fun! After we had all that set up I went looking for the bedding for it. Once I had bedding picked out went to pick out matching wall hangings, curtains, and rocker. Just do one or two things a week. It also helps pass the time…least it did for me because I did not work during pregnancy. Get the big things done and then concentrate on the smaller things like diaper supply, wipes, clothes, socks, hats, bottles, and other acessories. Def get a bouncy seat they are heaven! Oh by the way…it helps to go and do a registry even if you are not having a shower…this way once you are able or have money that week to get something you have like a personal check list of your items already picked out. Thats what we did.
most of my large items I did as gender friendly this way I can use them again if I have either sex. Also for clothes if you have a Carter’s store near you (can check at www.carters.com) then their clothes if you save reciept will take clothes back no matter how long you have had them for full refund and even if you have tag on but no reciept they will still take them back.
I am 16 and my parents have decided to take me shopping where ever i want within about an hour of home I live on the outskirts of Bristol, I have a sort of alternative style and generally shop in places like H&M, new look and Zara. Where in south west England or Wales should I go shopping tomorrow? Thanks
Go to Clark’s Village in Street, that’s not too far from Bristol and they have a very good selection of shops there which always sell goods below their normal retail price…

i am going to be volunteering at Hemet valley hospital in California and i was wondering what things will they have me doing if i wanted to work in the gift shop i am 19 years old. also what type of positions will i be able to do when i volunteer i know i will have more opportunities than the younger volunteers right?

The biggest diaper bag you can find. Mom’s are very particular about these, though as a Dad I don’t see how they’re better than just a plain old backback, which is just as roomy and usually a lot less expensive. Use your judgment.
A Diaper Genie and refills for it. It will make a huge difference.
A bottle sterilizer if you don’t have patience to boil them yourself.
A breast pump unless you’re 100% sure you want baby to drink only commercially available formula.
A baby bjorn or something like it. Google this if you need to. They are incredibly handy.
The baby book by a guy named Sears, as well as the whole "What to expect" series of books.
A good comfy rocking chair for 4 a.m. feedings.
A stroller that has a detachable car seat. When the baby is sleeping in the car seat in the car, this will let you put her right in the stroller without waking her up by transferring her from a car seat to another stroller. You just pick up the whole car seat and it locks into place in the stroller. This will be one of the single most expensive items you buy for your baby, but worth every penny. Trust me.
Crib
Water proof liner for the crib (goes under the sheet)
Changing table and waterproof liner for the same. We cleared off the top of our chest of drawers and just put a big foam bad on it as a changing table, with a waterproof cover for it.
Stuff for baby-proofing the house.
Two or three thermometers, and they must include at least one rectal thermometer and one for the ear.
Playpen. Get one that comes with a changing table and travel bag.
A bouncy seat. These are very handy places to stash a kid while you feed it on a dining room or coffee table.
A high chair.
One of those little chairs that can clamp to tables. They fold up into a small size for taking on the go. They are useful for taking baby to restaurants that don’t have high chairs or boosters. Keep one in the car.
A light weight stroller for short trips around the neighborhood, or when you know you’re not going anywhere that will be far from a car. You don’t need the heavy-duty stroller in Dress Barn if your car is in the parking lot. They also fold up into a smaller package in restaurants than the big strollers do.
There’s this fabric border that fits between the mattress in the crib and the bars, but I can’t remember what it’s called. It reduces the chances that the kid will get tangled up in the bars somehow or get pinched between the bars and mattress. Maybe it’s just called a crib border. They sell them at all the usual places where baby stuff is available.
Onesies and Bibs. Buy about three times as many as you think you’ll need.
Special laundry detergent that has no fragrance or harsh chemicals in it. Use it for washing the baby’s clothes and linens. Dreft is one brand, Seventh Generation Free and Clear, Tide Free is less expensive.
Baby wipes. These come in little boxes slightly smaller than a kleenex box. Use them when wiping the baby’s bottom after a poop! You can save the empty boxes to keep small items together.
A fun accessory is a battery powered swing chair. They can soothe a grumpy baby.
Baby bath tub. It’s about the size of a kitchen sink and you set it on the dining room table to wash the baby.
Potty chair. Get the kind that becomes a step when you flip it over so the toddler who is potty trained can stand at the bathroom sink to wash hands, brush teeth, etc.
Slippers and a bath robe for yourself. You’ll be wearing them a lot while walking cholicky baby back and forth in the middle of the night, so might as well be comfy.
Nail clippers for baby-sized fingers and toes.
